Scorn is a first-person survival horror game set in a world explicitly inspired by the work of HR Giger. The gameplay trailer above provides a nice chunk of footage from the game, and it's pretty much what you'd expect if you've been following it since 2017. The trailer's all very fast-paced and luckily doesn't start out with a loading screen, so please look forward to it.

Sears Canada will enter the union process in July, the Sears board announced on Friday.

"As Sears enters this path, it acknowledges that its accumulation of significant intangible assets — both in terms of property and goodwill — will likely make the company unable to qualify for membership in the CRTC," Chris Clarke, chairman of the retail giant's board, remarked in a joint statement with from the pension plan operating company.

The agreement also states that the government has three months to submit its subsidy application to build an additional Sears store at Bobcaygeon Town Centre in northern Ontario.

Sears will enter into negotiations — usually associated with negotiations of private sector unions — that will offer the company a chance to become Crown corporation of a special entity.

The move to enter labour negotiations that organizers anticipate could last until mid-July comes after weeks of tense negotiations with a coalition of activists, unionists and pressure groups.

The five-year offer Conference Board – Canadian Federation of Independent Business also offered is digestible in full below:

$15 minimum wage

Regular labour agreements

Australia-based agreements

Australia-based shifting payment plans

15% discount off work shift

Replacing expected local wage increases with a national 9% discount off third-party plan

10% off lunch break

$15 mandatory trip child care each pay period

$5 per hour holiday pay

$15 per hour trips to core community

$30 admission from regional sitdowns

Sears Canada's board has gathered in October to iron out a strategy entering bargaining; instead of targeting specific staff – "under negotiation" her term goes like this — the board instead applies a strategy of competing "so that we provide an opportunity to a wide range of staff in the company, regardless of seniority."

Sears Canada recently revealed it will move more than 700 Hamilton employees to Burnhamthorpe to replace Sears Canada's factory in the area.

To that point, the retailer's board had said in August it was keeping stores open in Hamilton because of ongoing costs and after hiring 500 local jobseekers.
