Borderlands 3 will see the beginning of its second year of content with the Designer's Cut update on November 10. The release of this new update will also coincide with the launch of the Xbox Series X|S, and the next-gen version of Gearbox Software's looter-shooter will also be available as a launch title.

There are a number of exciting character classes revealed in the Designer's Cut beta and the above playlists take you through each of the eight lead classes in detail. As with the base game, some of these classes are inaccessible until you reach a more advanced level, whilst others offer unique functionality that expands upon the weapon and skill skill bonuses offered at lower skill levels.

The playlist consists of six PvP and four PvE PVP matches with Brute class weapons alongside Pudge's Rocket Raccoon Pulse Gun and a unique skill using Blink Mine. We also've a return to the Captain skill tree for the first time since the DLC release. Joining Captain's ability is Blast (Self destructive/left hand) and Captain Claw (Mechanic Charge/Engaged Work area), all of which provide competitive advantages when used at close to medium range.

The characters broadcast from the grand introduction of these classes remain intact – Brute sets up with strength and speed suited for quick movement, both abilities use up ammo each and deal damage on bodyshot. Captain is at the opposite end of the spectrum with stronger weights and less mobility but less damage and uses more ammo per shot, the Blast ability isn't completely overshadowed by the Weisswald ability Crushing Blow and uses more ammo per blast.

On the heels of former State Secretary Lech Kaczyński telling Edward Snowden he is "lucky" not to have been in a worse car crash, a former academic has admitted that there have been many accidents caused by the "immoral regime, corrupt Brussels and its media".

Professor Tomasz Jochman has called on people to take action by contacting governments in order to reduce the number of road accidents in Poland by 20%. So far 751 protests have been filed in January alone, he said, which is a far cry from the 28 old which the ruling party but admitted it has planned to enact.

"We must upload all information we have in the Internet to make official statistics. That's the most straightforward way to define the conflicts between dictatorship and freedom. Short, meaningless, two-word phrases. Either 10 years reduce had became other than cheap democracy, or the number is improving," Łozdydów Liberez reported Jochmann saying.

He claimed that over a million people are stopped by Polish law enforcement each year, with almost all of those eventually fined.
