It seems that seasonal content is all the rage these days, and Halloween 2020 is sizing up to be particularly crowded in the gaming market. Today, a substantial bit of information leaked for the Rainbow Six Siege Halloween event.

On November 28, however, Ubisoft will release a new Content Creator called the Ultimate Weapon. The upgrade will allow players to spawn unlimited basic weapons with the basic GEAR attribute. Furthermore, exclusive equipment will be unlocked every day, with the first set containing 4 critical care and armor upgrades, 5 planks and a demo, 2 deployables and 3 tags.

Interestingly, the Creepy Crawlers and the Cowardly Gunman will be implemented into Rainbow Six Siege's usual Halloween arsenal. Furthermore, the original White Masks and the Rising Sun Shovel are now official, while new outfits and ambient effects await tp those people planning on dressing figuratively as their favorite terrorists.

This is not the latest info on Rainbow Six Siege, however. That honor belongs to the video that showcased the Polish Zombie lobby.

The demo contains the first 20 minutes of the game's detailed "Dying Hours" story. For a better idea of what to expect, let's go through it.

Participants can choose to live or die during the Zombie game mode. The opposing team has a clock in game that will reduce players' equips' health based on how long they last. If failed, one can try to summon the zombie wave while taking on the challenge of killing everyone that tries to make a break for it. Deployables and generators can help combat this, although a good strategist needs to know how to sabotage enemies' abilities. Also, players need to know which area to hide in order to prevent zombie strikes.

One drawback about this Valentine's Day event is that select server modes and game modes won't be included. The only modes confirmed are "Crowd Control" and "Maps & Modes".

Keeping with recent esports trends, there will be a Rocket League division for those that are looking to participate. Additionally, a major push was made on broadcast graphics and Twitch integration.

There is no official release date announced for Rainbow Six Siege, but the mod's tournament roster is currently as follows:

Europe

Apex 2017 Finals

European Rocket League Championship

Indo Malaysia Grand Final

Indo Indonesia & N.East Asia Finals

ITA 2017

JWF

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Legends

PC Gaming Awards 2017

Storm XII

Tournaments were scheduled to broadcast between Oct 29 and Oct 31, although T-Mobile and ESL confirmed that the NA and EU leagues will run concurrently.
