To test the potential of this type of structure as a way of joining different materials, such as plastics and metal, the scientists made a series of joints from metal and composites based on those seen in the beetle. They say their designs enhanced the strength and toughness of the materials.

This building block-like structure could be used for a variety of different tasks, from strengthening the lining of aircraft wings to increases in the strength of spacecraft interiors and paper-based printed circuits.

This type of beetle had already been built and still exists in nature. It is a type of stick insect that is commonly known as a nightjars or centipede beetle. Scientific name: Euporpha vectensis. Some of these have mating habits that are very weird. Imagine looking down at your nether regions while a centipede is mating… It's so sexual!

Shenzou was given into the hands of the newly-formed Theropocene Navy.[3]

Unrealized various conjectures regarding this character exist. For example, it has been reported that when the Shenzou was first constructed, Reynolds provided a planar translation system that would allow a mere computer to read them, and draw conclusions of dangerous cosmic significance. It has also been noted that a humble but fair assessment of his intelligence is that of a brahmin in a James Blish film. Even for the highest of ranks, reputation can be measured in the amount of filth and stupidity a galactic commander gathers. [ Source ]

"Forgiveness... is possible."

Bethe Pipe, the ore mines high on Digger's Homeworld, may be the location where the Shenzou was disposed of.
