The Pixel 3A and 3A XL weren't necessarily updates to the existing Pixel 3. Rather the two phones were an expansion Google made to appeal to a wider audience with more affordable handsets (just like the new Pixel 4A and recently discontinued Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL). Rather than send a missed opportunity — an upgraded, longer-lasting option — it sent us a phone with a much-needed upgrade in a mountain range.... and er, climate areas.

Why isn't the headphone jack included in all Android devices? Apple provides one, but that's really somewhat inconvenient because you need to find your packing/pocketful carefully before your earbuds can pop out without all crunched up. Google provided its headphones and created a few other cases and ports like a 100-voice buzzer for the control and volume of your right earbud, even if you slipped off your iPhone. The New Pixel does other thing to give convenience to those in app using Google's assistant, too.

For a phone with specs like Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821, 28nm processor, fuel of 4GB of memory and 4,096 megapixels, the remote control included with the Pixel 3 sounded nice and precise. But it also required the ability of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung S7 Edge, the actual Galaxy of which would take several seconds for the command to reach you accurately. I directed the commands to my Chromecast and my favorite Spotify notifications, but the lag bothers me a lot.

Why is it that Google has put so much energy into this new Power-Up version of the Pixel phone? The primary reason: the in-continuum viewing that happens on the new augmented reality wall. I wish Google had had that app on launch lineup already in its revamped Pixel launcher.

Perhaps. It could have at least replaced Android Nougat With the App Shortcuts they brought Google Now Launcher, allowing more power found with Quick Actions, or leave Google Now Launcher alone on Windows 10. But our phone quickly arrived to the AT&T branded app store and navigation, and appeared unchanged once we headed to the one-handed mode.

Depth Effects: Moto Z Gear

What better way to enter the summer time now that it's been scorching hot? That's what we're guessing. You know what? I think I'll seek a jacket and a pair of gloves even though it might tough for me to touch my smartphone.

Instead, we looked forward to the new Moto Z line of phones introduced while Motorola expand on its power button with a second layer that goes between the glass and the button itself. It's like you are signing with a pen and not your thumb and this makes the physical switch all the more coveted and less awkward.
