Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Quarantine will not be released on March 21, despite Ubisoft's own Connect service listing that release date.
Fans noticed that the Ubisoft Connect website had begun listing the game for PS4, Xbox One and PC release on March 21, 2021 (screenshot below). However, after later deleting these dates and replacing them with 2017, the website now lists the game for release in February of 2021.
This is important to note because on February 19, 2017, Ubisoft announced the 2018 release date for Rainbow Six Vol. 2: Both Sides Now.
To corroborate, Nintendo Fanboy suggests where to post tweaks and theorizes how to retry after locking the server. Nintendo said during its first streaming event at E3 2017, that an American eShop release time will be announced soon. After the first few months, these dates deserve to change.

Although the NCR enacted various laws and programmatic regulations to protect its citizens, it continued carrying plasma rifles against police forces and other tribal outposts. The plasma rifle was designed to engage targets at long range with powerful plasma bolts, and it was exceptionally effective. The weapon's effects were, as some would say, overkill. Both warhead and ammunition count against the player character's carry weight limit of 400.
2nd generation models were not entirely developed one year before the Great War. Distinguished members of the NCR elite, the Lyons' Pride, designed highly powerful, high explosive plasma rifles for protection, but the weapons proved to be difficult to produce at a reasonable cost during the Great War. Indeed, these models proved extremely difficult to maintain, subject to frequent malfunctions, and of exceptionally poor quality even when regular maintenance was done. They were eventually retired as the NCR lusted to equip their members with the newest versions of the super model plasma rifle, although only the "higher-end" models were available for purchase. Typically, a lower machine gun model was also available for purchase, although ammunition was not strictly available for those models, either.

The Lancaster super friendly plasma rifle can be modified into super friendly plasma rifle by replacing the SureShot laser sight set with the Spectre lens.
The enhanced power of the laser sight allows it to pierce armor.
