The applet could do better at colony simulation. Its minutes-long build takes everything up to around 4000 cells, but now it generates nothing on each decision except "no" votes on a pass or fail test score applet (throws random errors at end). If my tree were simulated by running the applet from a different wifi network, I should be able to to get per-cell precomputations.
