The Apple Watch is yet again being credited with helping keep someone connected during a potentially life-threatening situation. The BBC reports that a cyclist in England was rescued from a flooded river after contacting emergency services through his Apple Watch. The unnamed cyclist was racing through a flooded track in the Peak District when he became separated from his friend who was following suit.

The cyclist picked himself up out of the water and contacted emergency services, but was swept off course when he turned himself over. One of the helpers, a cyclist who recently lost his girlfriend of four years to cancer, used his Apple Watch to call out to him mates, asking them briefly before parents arrived on scene. Three hour and fifteen minutes passed before a Coast Guard helicopter rescued the cyclist. After examining his laptop and medical equipment and calling

for medical equipment, lifeboat crews successfully towed the two men from a one-metre deep pool.

Apple Watch can be used to call emergency services through geofences in iOS 8 of the CSR protocrel. Let us know why you use your iPhone and tablets too. Hamza Movdi; co-founder & CEO, IronWeb.co

Hofir becomes more noticeable, his expression sharpening slightly.

Ilia check his wrists before letting out a sigh.

"Then all good. The Roja family." (Ilia)

"Yeah, as expected of the father and son of the Rotsgard House. Also… during Fokalore's ceremony, a woman suddenly appeared." (Serkan)

"… A woman?" (Ilia)

"Yeah, it looks like she's Kuzuna's acquaintance, Sagara-senpai." (Serkan)

"Sara…?" (Ilia)
