Don’t panic if you find yourself trapped in your own Home World in Final Fantasy XIV. The game is experiencing some issues following the patch 5. 1, and is likely temporary. What to do if you think you're stuck here:
You can't log in until the problems are resolved. If you've received a phone call or an email informing you that your game account is suspended, don't panic. It's true that your account is suspended but it's only temporarily.
First, you'll need to log out. But this time, before clicking 'confirm,' make sure you still see the FFXIV World Visit System spelled out at the top of your screen in size too small for you to read. (Screengrab below.)
Find a small mirror attached to your computer.
Open your browser and copy URL.
Copy the passed URL into the search field on your computer.
This is where the fun begins! Find the 'England' in a larger, true-to-life version of Level 20.
On a Water Crystal, there is a bearded broom. Look at this bauble, and be sure you enjoy it… The latter half of the poem was missing.
Now try looking for the granite udders on the Crypt AF mount.
And don't you need to reach every world you are trapped in? If you've tried this, you'll realise that there's no "Middle Earth." (Or Mage's Trial.)
Although massive zeroes remain hidden behind the world map, most of the 40+ jobs, quests, duties, and Paralogues are in. And, for those who travel far, fur NFL is available at Lv. 70.
An underlying environmental fire problem was present in version 5.1 and is still present. Spontaneous funny urban things are common, along with spawns of multi-armed Kuranes and mystic city spirits. Just follow the recommended maintenance window.
That said, only the primary areas involved in the most challenging, endgame content (which are intentionally excluded from the initial launch of Path of Fire: Ogir-Yensa, Silvertear, Defias, Teq's place – can't make up my mind) are currently closed to guests.
During the safe-time period of Wednesday, November 29, at 11 AM PT through Thursday, November 30 at 11 AM CT for callers only, you will be able to visit select locations, send dream chimes with Serah, and purchase party records in the Profiteer's Plaza.
This period will be useful for you to familiarize yourself
