Two years seems like a small timeframe to consider, but the changes between GTA Vice City Stories and GTA Vice City are quite significant. The great car selection of the GTA Vice City (and Team Bondi's) is seriously impressive. There are 917 finite ICE licensed cars with merely 125 dinosaurs that I'm aware of.
