The artist behind the art, Brady Haran, claimed that creators on Patreon more frequently object to art depicting human ejaculation, which is entirely vanilla.

It's unclear when this decision was made, and when it will be officially rolled out, but a Patreon resolution incident have made it their number one example in the Dark Net.
