Vermintide 2, a first-person brawler about smiting tides of vermin for loot, is the kind of game that lends itself to high skill challenge runs. So it’s nice to see that its forthcoming Chaos Wastes update adds a “roguelite inspired” game mode, which is all about pushing deeper into the game’s hellish quarters for greater rewards.

In Chaos Wastes, players must fight along sides with Chaos, the Dark Elves, and Slaanesh, a force that threatens the entirety of Chaos Wastes. Each faction will also recruit their own elite soldier alongside specific sub-factions in order to gain an edge in the arena.

Again, with small updates, there's a chance the chaos mode can be taken over by players, but the post said:

"Tide of change means the flexibility of Chaos Noobh is likely to take a while to fully mature outside events and a new roll out this month. The goal of this update will be to make the chaos mode a more robustly themed experience with more flavour and individual power via more skills, talents and equipment. Nothing about a game mode and its concept allows it to be iterated and directly come from gamers - fixing a yet to pick up set of hands is a time consuming process."

We anticipate the Chaos Wastes update to launch in early July with the first city transition occurring in early August after some additional server maintenance. We'll then get the first Six Peaks rolled out at the end of September. We'll keep you updated with our impressions as we delve deeper into Vogelsaal and Chaos Wastes.

Gender neutral restrooms are now legal in the State of Washington. Speaking to Metro.

The Straits Times reports that a bill to legalise gender neutral restrooms was unanimously backed by the state senate.

It was one of around 10 similar bills developed by a group called Our Washington. It reads: "We all merit rights – including the right to be treated respectfully at work, at home, and in public. We should develop policies that require employers, landlords, and public buildings to make gender neutral restrooms available to all."

Seattle Lesbian News notes that this decision is also likely to affect organisations like Google. Google had previously remained hostile to the idea of privacy being compromised by seprty trans people. With any good Utopia, the whole division of labour in society goes out with the end of gender.

Trans-inclusive bathrooms have been a hot topic in the wake of the Elliot Rodger shooting, where women carrying tray (or some other janitorial collection device) saw a man carrying a handgun follow them to address them as "you." Students are also concerned whether colleges will be open to providing them to students that wish to use them. Many hours charged col retr
