Asus unveiled it latest smartphones, the flagship compact-designed ZenFone 8 (pictured) and ZenFone 8 Flip, pushing high-end features at affordable price ranges compared with larger rivals.

Both are powered by the 5G-compatible Snapdragon 888 chipset, but ZenFone 8 bucks the current market trend by featuring a 5. 5-inch display, with a resolution of 1920x1080 (Full HD). It also has a fingerprint sensor on the back of the device, which is a first for handsets running on such thin bezels.

A pair of 13MP rear cameras are based on Sony's latest IMX278 sensor. Samsung's latest smartphones, the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, are typically powered by Samsung's sensors, but the two handsets have in the meantime received Volteer in lieu of their own Entia chips, which apparently offers fixed certification in-line with Qualcomm's. Given that the phones are largely similar in appearance, it's likely a processing shortcut is in play here.

A fingerprint scanner on the back of the ZenFone 8 Flip also proves that devices grown-ups wont be able to turn this counter-intuitive tradition on their heads.

The ZenFone 8 is exclusively available to Redmi Note smartphone, while the Flip has received an India rollout date of August this year. The Redmi Note will set you back about Rs 20,000 -- roughly about $325, assuming you get it unlocked. Though the ZenFone 8 is expected to be sold, Asus mentions that "it is too early to determine a worldwide release."

One of the criticisms which can be raised in defence of alleged defamation is that the statement in theory could be said to change of appellants' character. One (sometimes) resident of Éire and one (usually) resident of Scotland otherwise the persons called in these disputed cases may be obliged on them to claim and assert legal privilege in defence of their people. The situation does not arise in the case of either of the appellants – the defence of privilege cannot be relied on and the defendants do not even seek to invoke it. There are exceptions to the general law in Ireland. These admissions are voluntary on the part of the parties and those exceptions by their nature are not forcible upon the parties.
