Altadena resident Jay Hart had an interesting night while flying over Marfa, Texas, along the border of Mexico and Texas, on July 31. He and his wife flew over Marfa at 6 p.m. hanging out on NASA's spaceway while it was taking pictures of the International Space Station 600 miles above them. They had their windows down—a safe place for him to fly in an airplane and control the plane with a joystick in hopes of getting shots of WISE data. Just before going in he heard a strange noise coming from the sky outside his window that made him pause. It was nothing he could define, but it was there—a bright object traveling in an intentional route that crossed the Shady Curve in Marfa rather than overhead anywhere and turned. The object circled overhead as he continued to circle around it. Seeing as there was no one else in the vicinity, he was able to speak with no fear. He told his wife he had spotted a "wooden size object" and sounded nothing out of the ordinary. "There were no large bodies of water, visibility was good and on the fourth pass over the straight landscape there was exactly what I saw. It was a 'large wooden object' about 800-1000 feet in diameter in our location, descending directly off the plateau then mushrooming out in the air, the sky (at that time) was obscured by clouds and modifier haze, colored glowing white, followed by many flying green streaks as it raced away in a low speed trajectory; it was luminous white, though with a variable blue and red glow." 13) There's an Atarashii Space Station at the International Space Station that you can climb into, with life support and very small arm.
