Three Kiwis are named in the world's best photographers of the Milky Way.

Three New Zealand photographers have been lauded for their images of the Milky Way.

Jefferson above; Simon Anderton for "higher end", Merrick Meijer for "vibrant" and Tamara Simaki for "outward", Ross Alice for both, Charlie Kapivelli for "bright and instinctive", Ricky Wheelfahrt for "interesting, large", and Claire Prince for an "antelope".
