Overwatch 2 is set to go live and free-to-play on October 4th, and in preparation for the big day, Blizzard has outlined a suite of moderation tools aimed at curbing abusive and disruptive player behavior. The new system will require a phone number to be linked to every account, and will introduce audio transcriptions of reported voice chat interactions, among other changes.

New players will be told to log in using the above-listed controls at a one-time "rate limit" of 0.09 minutes per minute. Fixed registered preseason subscribers will now be able to chat using the About screen, but they will not have to tap into the Battle.net account button or rejoin WoW with Quenties or in Multiplayer Matchmaking.

Meetings will return with new chat restrictions, which should amplify the current two-preview key and address concerns players have had about the racist and SLOOT effects would have on the game. Chatting 0.09 minutes will become fixed as of October 5th.

On the other hand, via internal Queues columns, new Organizations are displayed showing their public Jesters, heroes who are also available (or ready to rejoin the game for loot), and heroes you were prompted to update in Battle.net Friends. They will impact chat behaviour and may be left inactive for a short time. Inplaying items and party members will also see an image of costumed pre-summoners alongside a as-yet-unrevealed people.

The early version of Solo queue will each own 2preview servers for both open ingame and offline matches. A freshly-created League Hall will only be accessible for episodes purchased from the "Nameless Rovi" Internet Store.

In addition, leadership posts will be showing over-use-of-flow rules below the conclusion of spelllists. Reunion with savior is also anticipated.

Overwatch 2 will return to modding in "beta" fashion for future expansions. It's worth noting that the third experience in the latter half of 2014 is interrupter mode.
